Green puppy born

In Louisiana a family is claiming that their dog gave birth to a green puppy. Their boxer had a litter of puppies and one of them was supposedly born with a neon green tint to it, while all of the others came out normal. This odd coloring could be caused by the mom dog's placenta, or the owners trying to fool everyone with a dye job. I hope the puppy was born like this, but you never know because people are willing to anything to get on tv.
