There werre thousands of women in summer dresses and big hats and men in their suits and polos at the Kentucky Derby this past weekend. But the dressed to impress crowd was in for a sad ending when leaving the Derby. One of the racing hourses has to be euthinized on the track directly after finishing the race due to two broken ankles. I am not a hourse expert and do not know all the facts about hourses and how their bodies work. But I just dont understand why the euthinization had to be done for all the crowd to see?

Actually, they threw up a curtain during the procedure. No one saw it.
