A man who was sent to the gas station by his wife to pick up a gallon of milk comes home with $97 million. A Katrina victim who lost two homes during the hurricane was the winner of the lottery ticket. He has no plans for the money except planning for retirement and rebuilding a camp that was destroyed by the hurricane. This man has pretty good luck! (despite the hurricane) He already won a lottery with winnings accumulating $5,000 a few years ago.

Good for him! I'm glad to see that someone that truly needed the money was lucky enough to receive it. What are the chances of someone winning two different lotteries in their lifetime?? It seems he'll put his money to good use.
I think this is so great! I volunteered in New Orleans of winter break to build up this area. There is so much work that needs to be done, so I hope this victim puts this money to good use! Hopefully he will not only build up a camp, but a neighborhood. This money can help more than many can even imagine!
