He has no plans for the money except planning for retirement and rebuilding a camp that was destroyed by the hurricane. This man has pretty good luck! I think this is so great! I volunteered in New Orleans of winter break to build up this area. There is so much work that needs to be done, so I hope this victim puts this money to good use! Hopefully he will not only build up a camp, but a neighborhood. This money can help more than many can even imagine!
