Bell, Book and Craigslist

All right, here's one for the legal eagles to circle over. From what I've heard lately, sounds like Craigslist is clean on this one, and the person who posted the ad is pretty much protected by logistics, if not law. All credit to Gawker.

I wonder how many of these listings on CraisList are done purely for entertainment purposes. Surely these people can't be serious....can they? Is Wicca considered a religion? Is that how they would be protected?

There isn't really an official list of what is a religion. That would be too hard to determine.

This is a case where I think the courts should just let market forces take over and if the seller can't find any takers on the animal sacrifice, maybe the buyer can negotiate down to a bi-monthly acknowledgement of Satan.
