Second Life lawsuit continues in real life

A judge has ruled that the lawsuit by a former Second Lifer against Linden Research will go to trial, refusing Linden's motion to dismiss. The user brought the suit after his virtual Second Life property was confiscated by Linden.

I'd be much more interested if it were a real life lawsuit occurring in Second Life. I'd murder the shit out of some people if all it meant was that my avatar was going to jail.
