Where Our News And Media Is Going

It is very apparent that media is changing and the way we get our news is as well. Soon, as newspapers disappear, the shift from television to Internet and handheld wireless devices as our primary news sources will take over.
The shift to this digital age will bring on new phones (like the I-phone and Voyager) with larger screens for easier to read text, pictures, and videos. Advertisements are not to be forgotten, they will be played while the news downloads and with breaks in the newscast.
The audience that this new news will reach will be narrower. With the help of a survey or tracking different websites that a user visits, media can reach an audience according to what things that they want to hear making a more personalized newscast.
The future of news and how we will get it is already changing. With the help of new technology, our news will become more personalized and more readily available with access to it by phones and other portable devices.
