Vick Gives Dogfighting a Whole New Meaning

By: Adi Govindarajan

The Falcons' quarterback, Michael Vick has always been known as a running quarterback. But nobody is capable of outrunning a grey hound and pit bull when locked in a ring with such ferocious animals. After a recent investigation, anonymous sources have revealed video footage of Vick not only hosting dogfights at his home, but also participating in the dog fights. This includes entering the ring and actually wrestling with the dogs. The videos reveal Vick getting repetitively thrashed, bitten, and scratched by numerous vicious dogs.

After an interview on monday, Vick claimed full responsibility for his injuries, saying that he was ashamed of himself for losing his fights with the dogs.

"I will redeem myself," said Vick, promising not to lose his next dogfight. Vick's current record against dogs consists of zero wins and 32 losses.

The question that Vick is asking now is whether he can actually be charged for fighting the dogs himself. Vick's attorney had no comments on the issue, claiming that it was still debatable as to whether or not Vick will serve jail time.
