Paris pardoned?

So, after being sentenced to 45 days in jail Paris is now trying to get out of it. She claims she is being made an example because of her fame and that her punishment is unfair for the offense. Her mom even goes as far to say she is a victim. What do you all think? Because I think that girl needs more than jail time to learn the world cant be bought.

I am surprised it's for 45 days...thats a pretty long time. She is scared for her life I bet, but I'm glad shes going. To prissy and she thinks her shit don't stank.
