I read an article recently about how Latino and African America youth are still the ones filling our jails and committing crimes. the article goes on to say that it starts with the family. the article is about the cradle to grave pipeline. .does this article struck a cord with anyone else? I guess being a triple minority makes me extra sensitive to this sort of thing. what do you think?
